Ridgway Associates was launched in 1984, trading as R Stuart Ridgway Associates, who became a Limited Company in 1992. Recognised as an Investors in People organisation in 1996 - 1999 - 2002 and 2005. Quality Management systems in place include Customer Service, Health and Safety, Equal Opportunity, Alignment with the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995. ISO 9001:2000 gained in February 2006.
All systems and policies are further supported by our after care service. The organisation's philosophy is to communicate with clients, to create confidence and to care for each person as an individual to achieve full satisfaction.
The organisation and staff presently operate in the Commercial and Government sectors whilst working with smaller businesses. A range of professional advice or training can be seen within our Web Site.
Within our partnerships and network we work closely with Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Surestart, ChamberLink, Chamber of Commerce, Tameside Racial Equality, Princes Youth Trust, Tameside Business Outreach Workers, Local Banks, Solicitors and Accountants and a portfolio of some 1800 small Businesses.
The organisation is recognised by O.C.R. - Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and City and Guilds.
