As from April 2003 all employees should receive from their employers the following documents:- 1) A Contract of Employment or a Letter of Consolidation 1978-1996 acts. 2) Equal Opportunity and Health & Safety policy 3) Grievance procedures 4) Initial appointment or start letter 5) General discipline written procedure including performance, discipline and capability procedures 6) Misconduct identification
